西雅图中文电台将举办四周年台庆晚会

亲爱的朋友：

在西雅图中文电台已经成立并开播四周年之际，我代表西雅图中文电台全体同仁诚挚地邀请您来参加“西雅图中文电台四周年台庆晚会”，以感谢您一直以来对中文电台的关心、支持和厚爱。

一如既往，我们的台庆晚会将是热闹非常、精彩纷呈的。除了颁奖典礼（颁发社区服务奖和文化贡献奖）以及嘉宾致辞（包括华州现任以及候选议员、西雅图、贝尔维优等市政府当选官员等）外，我们还将邀请十余个西雅图的优秀演出团体和个人，为晚会奉献精彩的文艺表演，当然更有和您一样热心的嘉宾和朋友出席。这里不仅是您和老朋友重聚的好地方，更是您结识新朋友的好机会。我们相信这次晚餐会一定会给您留下美好的回忆。另外我们还将有抽奖环节(包括厦门航空提供的西雅图往返深圳的机票，以及KKNW提供的Seattle Mariners的球票等）。

It has been over four years since Chinese Radio Seattle aired its first program in 2012. Welcome to the 4th Chinese Radio Seattle anniversary ceremony, which is an occasion for us to thank you for your support in the previous years. The CRS anniversary ceremony will be featured with award ceremony, invited speeches, art performances, delicious food and more. We’ll have several elected officials including mayors, state and city congress members, and leaders of the Chinese community attending the ceremony, and it will be a great opportunity for you to expand your network as well.

As the first Chinese radio in the Northwest of US, we-are the voice and bridge for the Chinese community. From a handful people on the team four years ago to more than 80 of us today, we serve our listeners with the spirit of freedom of speech, and a majority of our programs are focused on life, culture, and service. As a self-supported Chinese radio, our commitment and passion to serve our audience and promote sino-US cultural exchange have never been changed despite of all kinds of difficulties. Besides airing our original radio programs every day, we also organize Chinese Radio Seattle Spring Festival gala every year, and host high-profiled cultural and business activities. Within four years, and with Chinese American population in the greater Seattle area no more 200,000, we have more than 100,000 online and mobile listeners, and more traditional radio listeners, including people who drive and listen. We can’t achieve this without your support!
