由西雅图48小时电影计划举办的恐怖版短片颁奖仪式于2022年11月9日在西雅图SIFF Uptown Cinema举行。共有22 部恐怖短片，全部在 2022年10月14日至16日的周末编写、拍摄、剪辑、评分和交付。在电影院公开放映后，组织者宣布了获奖者以及将在 Filmapalooza 2023 播放的电影。由西雅图冰糖葫芦表演社The Dumpling Troop出品的恐怖短片《Strings》获得48小时电影计划无边界奖”48 Withou Border” ，制片人段明旭 Henry Dwan在颁奖仪式上领奖。该恐怖短片展还邀请到了嘉宾主持人、西雅图喜剧演员德里克·西恩（Derek Sheen）到现场发言。
